Returns & Refunds policy

At Tanya’s Glitz & Glam Corner, we are committed to providing high-quality, curated products. Due to the nature of our items, the following policy applies:

1. All Sales Final

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity concerns, all sales are final on:

  • Beauty products

  • Fragrances

  • Hair and nail items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will review and may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund (at our discretion)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

4. Order Issues

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

5. Live Sale Purchases

All purchases made during live sales (e.g., Whatnot) are final sale and subject to the same policy.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to fast processing times.
